Lima Technology Center

Lima Technology Center is about an hour's drive south of Manila, the capital of the Philippines,which is seeing continuous young population growth. The area is a PEZA-registered Economic Zone,where the locators can benefit from various tax incentives and government's one-stop service for export businesses. The development of the park started in 1995 and we have been operating this park for about 30 years after the completion. There are about 200 locators in the park, and Marubeni supports businesses with their expansion as a sales agency.
