We have developed and managed six industrial parks in five countries over the past years, and now engage in eight industrial park projects in six countries*.   INDONESIAMM2100 Industrial Town

  

  Located in Indonesia, a country that has the largest population in ASEAN with nearly 300 million people and a rapidly growing economy, MM2100 Industrial Town is about 30 km (19 miles) from the capital city Jakarta and has direct access to the highway, providing excellent accessibility and convenience. Since the establishment back in 1990, not only does the park ensure a stable power supply and reliable water and sewer services, but also provides hospitality services such as hotel accommodations and restaurants for comfort. Currently, there are about 180 locators within the park.

  MYANMARThilawa Special Economic Zone

  

  The Thilawa Special Economic Zone was developed through public-private collaboration in Myanmar, a country also known as the last frontier in Asia. The park is located about 25 km (16 miles) from the country’s largest city, Yangon. With its abundant labor force and being backed by the Myanmar government, it has become an important processing base for export-oriented businesses as well as a production base for domestic demand-oriented businesses, and now accommodates more than 110 locators from around the world.

  VIETNAMAmata CityHalong Industrial Park

  

  The Amata City Halong Industrial Park is located in the Northern Bay area of Vietnam, a country with a rapidly growing economy. The transportation infrastructure in the area has improved greatly and enabled more efficient and convenient logistics. Since the park is designated as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), the locators can greatly benefit from Vietnam’s most generous tax incentives. The development of the area started in 2018 and the park welcomed its first locator when the completion of Phase-1 took place in 2021. Marubeni serves as a sales agency of the park.

  PHILIPPINESLima Technology Center

  

  Lima Technology Center is about an hour’s drive south of Manila, the capital of the Philippines, which is seeing continuous young population growth. The area is a PEZA-registered Economic Zone, where the locators can benefit from various tax incentives and government’s one-stop service for export businesses. The development of the park started in 1995 and we have been operating this park for about 30 years after the completion. There are about 110 locators in the park, and Marubeni supports businesses with their expansion as a sales agency.

  PHILIPPINESWest Cebu Industrial Park

  

  Located on the island of Cebu, which boasts the second-largest economy in the Philippines after Manila, West Cebu Industrial Park has been playing a significant role as an important hub of the country’s shipbuilding industry for over 30 years. This PEZA-accredited industrial park not only provides a one-stop administrative service but also tax incentives for export-oriented businesses, including but not limited to the shipbuilding sector. Marubeni is involved in the business as a sales agency.

  INDIAModel Economic Township

  

  Situated in India, a country with a population of over 1.4 billion people and seen as having further economic growth potential, the Model Economic Township spreads in the metropolitan area of New Delhi. The park is about 30 km (19 miles) from the Gurgaon District, a new urban area which has been developing rapidly in recent years. Marubeni will serve as an agency to provide our clients with reliable development, operation, and utility services offered by one of the well-known conglomerates in the country.

  THAILANDAmata CityChonburi Industrial Park

  

  Located just outside of ASEAN’s leading industrialized country's capital city, Bangkok, Amata City Chonburi Industrial Park began operations in 1989. Since then, the park has been expanding its area with Thailand’s thriving industry and now boasts a total development area of 4,000 ha. Marubeni serves as a sales agency for this industrial park developed and managed by Thailand’s leading industrial park developer, the Amata Group.

  THAILANDAmata CityRayong Industrial Park

  

  Located in Thailand, a country which has experienced rapid economic growth driven primarily by the export industry, Amata City Rayong Industrial Park is expected to see further growth in the future; it was developed in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) area, a project which lies at the heart of a Thai government-led, long-term development vision called “Thailand 4.0.” Marubeni serves as a sales agency for this industrial park developed and managed by Thailand’s leading industrial park developer, the Amata Group.
